Our two guest bedrooms are designed as private sanctuaries. To ensure a truly restful start to your day, a continental-style organic breakfast is delivered directly to your room, allowing you to dine at your own pace while watching the local wildlife.

Seasonal Rates

We offer a simple, transparent rate for our guest suites, inclusive of our signature organic continental breakfast.

  • Nightly Rate: £105 per room.

  • Minimum Stay: A three-night minimum booking is required.

  • Deposit: A 20% non-refundable deposit is payable upon booking.

  • Payment: We accept card, BACS, or cash. BACS details are provided at the time of booking.

High Oatfield is an adult-only establishment. To protect our local wildlife and maintain a peaceful environment, we do not accommodate guest pets. Please be aware that I have two dogs of my own on the property, which may be a consideration for those with allergies.

Arrival & Departure

To allow us the necessary time to service the rooms for our next guests, we kindly ask that you vacate your room by 10 am on the day of departure.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations 2+ Days Before Arrival: A charge equal to the first full night of the stay is required. This is negotiable if we are able to re-book the room.

  • Cancellations Less Than 2 Days Before Arrival: A charge equal to the full booking amount (less the deposit) will be requested.

The Hide (Self-Catering)

Seeking Independent Living?

For those who prefer a self-catering experience, we also offer ‘The Hide’. This is a separate, detached studio designed specifically for couples. While it shares our commitment to organic principles and stunning Lochdon views, it operates as a distinct entity from the main Bed and Breakfast.
